As a Senior Leader within the Trust, we are looking for motivated & forward-thinking engaging Clinical staff to work within the teams to develop & encourage this new way of working.
Additional speciality or management PAs can be offered.

The post holder will contribute to the smooth running of hospital services as a whole, including interaction with management structures of the Directorate, the wider Trust, and external stakeholders as necessary.
The successful applicant will develop new clinical models of care for acute medical patients, influencing the Herefordshire Public Health strategy.
Additionally, there will be an expectation to:
Educational and clinical supervision of doctors in Training and Allied Health professionals is a core role. The post holder will actively participate in training and teaching sessions and contribute to training events across the Trust and beyond.
CPD is essential, with participation in meetings, audits, and academic events. New staff will be supported with mentorship and induction programs. The post holder will participate in annual job planning and appraisal, ensuring revalidation readiness.
The post holder will contribute to audit and quality improvement projects, with encouragement for research interests and involvement in clinical trials if available.
Daily ward presence and in-reach ensure early specialist assessment of new admissions.
