Overview

Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Radiologist with a specialist interest in Interventional Radiology.

One post available is based at Cambridge University Hospitals (5PA) and Peterborough City Hospital (5PA).

One post available is base at Cambridge University Hospitals (5PA) and West Suffolk Hospital (5PA).

If there is a preferred site split, this can be indicated at the time of application.

Main duties of the job

In order to be considered applicants must meet the essential criteria outlined in the person specification of the job description.

You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have a CCT in Radiology or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview. Applications are welcomed from those unable to work full time for personal reasons or those wishing to job-share.

Working for your organisation

The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
