Hours: 37 per week – flexible working arrangements available

About the Role

We’re seeking an inspiring Public Health leader to join our high-performing team and help drive forward transformational change in a county known for collaboration, innovation and impact.

As Consultant in Public Health, you’ll:

• Shape Oxfordshire’s strategic public health direction through system-wide partnerships
• Lead priority areas includinghealthcare public health, intelligence/surveillance, and substance use prevention
• Champion population health management and preventative approaches aligned with our10-Year Health Plan
• Collaborate with local NHS Trusts, the ICS, social care, and criminal justice partners
• Manage and mentor a skilled team of around 10 public health professionals
• Represent Public Health at executive-level meetings and contribute to regional teaching and audit
• Embed aMarmot approach to tackling health inequalities head-on
