Rate: £150,000

Key Responsibilities:

As an ophthalmologist consultant, you will have the power to transform lives through specialised eye care, diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, performing surgeries, and managing patient follow-ups. Your expertise will allow you to mentor and supervise junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals, fostering their growth and development. By engaging in clinical research, you advance the field of ophthalmology and improve patient outcomes. Your participation in departmental meetings and policy development ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, while your collaboration with other specialists, such as dermatologists, maxillofacial surgeons, and ENT surgeons, provides comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • GMC registration
  • CCT preferred
  • Relevant Ophthalmologist experience
