Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry for our NHS client based in Warrington, Lancashire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for an immediate start, for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical assessments and diagnoses for elderly patients with complex mental health issues.
  • Lead and develop comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration with psychologists, social workers, and nurses.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Full GMC license to practice.
  • Section 12 approval.
  • AC qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
