Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry to join our NHS client based in Maidstone, Kent. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for an immediate start, for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical assessments and diagnoses for elderly patients with complex mental health issues.
  • Lead and oversee the development of comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration among healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Full GMC licence to practice.
  • Section 12 qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
