Job Title: Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry
Grade: Consultant
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Working Hours: 40 hours
Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry for our NHS client based in Liverpool, Merseyside. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Psychiatrist in the UK, your responsibilities are both broad and specialised. You are primarily responsible for providing expert clinical assessments and diagnoses for the elderly experiencing complex mental health issues. This involves leading and overseeing the development of comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. You are expected to manage and support multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration between various healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • You must have a full GMC licence to practice
