Interventional Radiology Consultant

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and progressive consultant to join our Interventional Radiology team. The appointee will cover all sites during on‑call duties and contribute to the IR service across the trust.

Responsibilities

• Cover all sites during on‑call duties.
• Contribute to the inter‑ventional radiology service across City and Sandwell Health Campus.
• Provide training and supervision to junior radiologists allocated to the department.

Qualifications

• FRCR (or equivalent) and on the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register in Radiology.
• Within six months of obtaining CCT at the time of interview, or have demonstrated full training in the generality of radiology.
• Experience in non‑vascular interventional radiology services such as uterine artery embolisation, renal ablation, and renal stone centre services.
