A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Consultant in Intensive Care to join their growing department. The role involves leading the care of critically unwell patients, formulating management plans, and providing supervision and training to medical staff. Candidates must hold full registration with the General Medical Council and be on the specialist register for intensive care medicine or within 6 months of CCT. This is an exciting time for a consultant in intensive care to join a growing department in a hospital into which emergency services are being centralised.
The post holder will complement and develop existing services through the provision of specialist knowledge & expertise in intensive care medicine. The post holder is therefore required to have full registration with the General Medical Council & a valid licence to practice and be on the specialist register for intensive care medicine or be within 6 months of CCT or equivalent at the time of interview.
