We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in Forensic Psychiatry to join our NHS client in London, Greater London. This locum vacancy is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract.
• Deliver expert psychiatric care within inpatient and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
• Act as the Responsible Clinician (RC)
• Hold Section 12 and Approved Clinician (AC) approval
• Ensure compliance with all legal obligations under the Mental Health Act (MHA)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care
• Full GMC licence to practise
• Section 12 approval
• Approved Clinician (AC) status
• Inclusion on the Specialist Register
• Proven experience in forensic psychiatry, including inpatient and CMHT settings
• Previous experience in a similar role
