About the role

Ready to lead high-impact emergency care in a unique island setting?

From major trauma and cardiac emergencies to paediatric presentations, you’ll lead assessment, resuscitation and clinical decision-making while working alongside a skilled, multidisciplinary team in a modern, well-equipped department.

You’ll also shape the future of emergency services on the Isle of Man - contributing to service development, education and clinical leadership within a supportive environment that values innovation and continuous improvement. With opportunities in pre-hospital care, teaching and research, plus an excellent work-life balance and island lifestyle, this is a role where your impact will be truly felt.
