The StaffBank for Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic Nurses to join our pool of Staff Bank workers. Many full-time roles are available, but as they are ever-changing, the exact roles will be provided once your Hiring & Recruitment process is complete. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care as a member of the multidisciplinary team and undertake delegated tasks from the ward manager/charge. Successful completion of foundation gateway will be required to take charge of the ward/department for a period. The post holder will always work within the NMC's Code of Professional Conduct.

Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and carers. Maintain standards of nursing care, prioritize patient needs, and inform the nurse in charge of any changes. Keep accurate nursing records, contribute to quality improvements, respect patients' cultural and spiritual beliefs, and support patients and carers. Assist with medication management, develop clinical skills, involve patients in care planning, and ensure effective communication within the team.
