Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BHFT) was formed in April 2001 and became a licensed Foundation Trust in May 2007. In April 2011, the community services of NHS Berkshire East and NHS Berkshire West PCTs merged with the Trust.

Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum, pro rata.
