Consultant in Cardiology
We are inviting applications for a Consultant in Cardiology, with a sub specialty interest in advanced echo (TOE/stress echo). In addition, there may also be opportunities to contribute to cross-sectional cardiac imaging (CT/cardiac MRI) and heart failure services and to support further development of specialist clinical services eg Adult Congenital Heart Disease or Cardiomyopathy/Inherited Cardiac Conditions.
The successful applicants will provide cardiology services in North Devon, with opportunities for cross-site working at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. The posts are supported by a multi-disciplinary team including heart failure clinical nurse specialists/ACPs, cardiac rehabilitation clinical nurse specialists and arrhythmia care co-ordinators.
