We are seeking to recruit Consultant Psychiatrists to join our CAMHS CRHT Community mental health services on a full-time or part-time basis. You will work in partnership with well-established multi-disciplinary teams, both operationally and strategically, to drive innovation and deliver effective patient care.

Every opportunity will be provided to encourage personal initiatives, research, specialist interests, teaching, training, management, and leadership, as well as areas of professional interest.

You will receive a £22,500 recruitment and retention premia, paid over 3 years, along with a relocation package up to £8,000*
(subject to conditions).

Applications are invited from registered medical practitioners who have or are eligible for a CCT or an equivalent approved indicator of training and are eligible for entry onto the Specialist Register within six months of the interview date.

The post includes clinical leadership, team development, and providing expert advice on care delivery and strategic planning.

The consultant maintains responsibility for patient care and departmental functioning, liaising with GPs, hospital, and community specialists, and other agencies as relevant.
