Job Title: Adult Psychiatry

Grade: Consultant

Location: Worcester, Worcestershire

Working Hours: 40 hours

Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time hours for our NHS client based in Worcester, Worcestershire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Psychiatrist in the UK, your responsibilities include providing expert clinical assessments and diagnoses for adults experiencing complex mental health issues. You will lead and oversee the development of comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Managing and supporting multidisciplinary teams is essential, ensuring effective collaboration with psychologists, social workers, and nurses, including driving and home visits.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Full GMC licence to practice
  • Section 12 approval
  • Approved Clinician status
  • Previous experience in a similar role
