What we are looking for

• People person - you must be confident and enjoy talking to people on the phone, video and face to face, previous experience in healthcare / account management / sales is desired but not essential
• Confident communicator - you will be interviewing and managing candidates everyday and will also be dealing with our valued clients and growing our client base
• Commercially astute - you will actively approach existing and new clients to discuss recruitment requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment - it will feel like there aren\'t enough hours in the day sometimes!
