Consultant Haematologist - Perm or Locum - 12 Month FTC

Triple West Medical are consulting with an NHS Client who is seeking a dedicated Consultant Haematologist to join our dynamic and welcoming department. This role includes specialist sessions at a nearby Hospital site, offering a rare opportunity to combine rural hospital impact with access to tertiary-level subspecialty development.

About You:

We're looking for GMC-registered, specialist-trained Haematologists (CCT or within 6 months) who are motivated to provide both general and specialist haematology care and want to grow within a high-quality, friendly, and forward-thinking service. Whether you're an experienced consultant or looking for your first post-CCT appointment, we welcome your interest.
Our NHS Client will also consider a Locum NHS Consultant for a 12 Month min FTC.

Operate within the Macmillan Unit, a Level 2B facility offering dedicated haematology beds, inpatient services, and chemotherapy day units, supported by specialist CNSs.

Structured Job Plan & Work-Life Balance
A well-balanced 10 PA job plan (8.5 DCC, 1.5 SPA), including regular admin time, remote working, and flexible clinic types (face-to-face, telephone, and MDT-based). On-call rota currently sits at a manageable 1:4.
