Overview

Imperial College Healthcare (ICHT) NHS Trust wishes to recruit a 9.3 PA Locum Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for a period of twelve months to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities
  • Provide rapid access clinics and both emergency and elective gynaecology theatre cover
  • Early pregnancy and emergency gynaecology scanning sessions
  • Alternate week labour ward session
  • 8.3 DCC PAs per week including clinical activity, clinically related activity, predictable and unpredictable emergency work
  • Focus on providing rapid access, operating lists, diagnostics and surgical cover and a labour ward session monthly
Supporting Professional Activities
  • 1 PA per week for CPD (including audit, clinical governance, appraisal & job planning and Mandatory training)
