Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Surgeon with a minimum of three years' experience post-CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) to join our expert surgical team. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, performing a wide range of general surgical procedures and contributing to the continued excellence of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures with a focus on high standards of patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide surgical consultations and follow-up care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to training and mentoring junior medical staff and residents.
• Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and adhere to evidence-based clinical practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent specialist accreditation in General Surgery.
• Minimum 3 years' post-CCT experience in General Surgery.
• Fellowship of a recognised surgical college (e.g., FRCS) is highly desirable.
• Previous international or Middle East experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to a new cultural and clinical environment.
