One of your referees should be the Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer of your most recent NHS employer (or their nominated deputy), or an equivalent for applicants outside the NHS.
For applicants outside the NHS, referees must validate a period of three consecutive years of employment.
Internal candidates should provide referees from their Clinical Director and Clinical Lead.
Applicants still in training or who have completed training within the past year without non-training NHS experience should provide references from their two most recent Educational Supervisors.
Applications are invited for Consultant General Radiologist posts. The appointees will contribute to the department's general workload. These are whole-time posts (10 PA), and appointees will participate in the general radiology on-call rota after a 3-month probation period and internal assessment. After 9pm on weekdays and after 5pm on weekends, on-call duties are outsourced to an external agency. Family-friendly and part-time working arrangements can be considered.

The Medway Imaging Department is equipped with 2 CT scanners (1x 64-slice, 1x 126-slice), 2 MRI machines (GE 3T HDXT and Siemens Magnetom Aera 1.5T), an Ultrasound Suite with 5 Toshiba systems, 3 Fluoroscopy Suites, and 2 Interventional Suites. The successful candidate will join a progressive, dynamic team led by young consultants.
Applicants must hold a Radiology degree (preferably FRCR or equivalent) with broad training in Radiology.

Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum/pro-rata.
