An established industry player in mental health care is seeking a Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry. This role involves providing clinical leadership and care to adult inpatients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing complex cases. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical care to 18 inpatients of adult of working age and medical leadership to the inpatient ward teams, as well as supporting and contributing to the management and development of the ward functioning. The post holder will work with the Home-Based Treatment Team and Care Coordinators from the three Community Mental Health Teams in Salford, to facilitate discharge, and provide an alternative to inpatient admission.

Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum, pro-rata where applicable.
