Overview

M42 has announced its strategic partnership with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah, now known as Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital.

The hospital serves military personnel and their families, as well as the wider community. It is a state-of-the-art 45,000 sqm, 200-bed facility offering comprehensive multidisciplinary medical and surgical services, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Diabetes & Endocrinology, Psychiatry, and Emergency Care.

We collaborate with leading clinical institutions such as Imperial College London Diabetes Center, Healthpoint, Amana Healthcare, and Mubadala Health Dubai to ensure high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the division's policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Follow and implement relevant standards of care across all clinical activities.
  • Diagnose and treat patients according to international and organizational guidelines, overseeing clinical team activities and patient care.
  • Review investigation results regularly and modify treatments as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to plan effective, safe, and holistic patient care.
  • Focus on quality improvement and compassionate care for patients and families.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Medicine/MBBS or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH PQR.
  • Masters or specialty training recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH PQR.
  • Valid license/registration to practice in the home country and/or last country of employment (if applicable).
