Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist at Broadmoor Hospital.

We are seeking a forensic psychiatrist who is enthusiastic, committed to providing high-quality care, possesses proven clinical and leadership skills, and can manage highly complex patients in a secure setting. The role includes a pro-rata annual recruitment and retention payment of £21,678.

Opportunities exist for research, quality improvement projects, and career development.

Main duties include acting as Responsible Clinician for patients on ISAT wards, providing clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, training as a clinical supervisor, participating in non-resident on-call duties, assessing referred patients, liaising with stakeholders, and engaging in quality improvement and audit projects.
