Role Overview:

Our Sustainability Advisory & Transaction Services team is expanding, seeking individuals to deliver top-tier services. ESG Due Diligence Consultants work on buy-side and sell-side transactions, identifying ESG risks, liabilities, and value creation opportunities from financial and reputational perspectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage large, global projects, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
2. Provide expert guidance on strategic ESG issues leveraging our global expertise.
3. Understand macro sustainability topics relevant to companies and investment activities, including ESG governance, climate strategy, decarbonization, social issues, and regulations like the EU Green Deal.
4. Comprehend how ESG due diligence findings influence client decisions and interact with other advisors (financial, legal, etc.).
5. Identify and manage risks throughout project delivery.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, produce high-quality deliverables, and translate technical topics into commercial insights.
7. Support project delivery, especially in junior roles, with a focus on client satisfaction and value creation.

Qualifications:
