Job summary
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board seeks to appoint a Consultant Otolaryngology Surgeon for the patients of North Wales. We aim to further strengthen our Otolaryngology team to provide excellent care to the population of North Wales and the service provided at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. Based in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, the area offers scenic landscapes and excellent road and rail links across the UK.
For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to develop clinical leadership and hold leadership responsibilities within the service. Working with excellent colleagues, this is a great opportunity to shape the future of Otolaryngology services across North Wales.
With close links to Bangor University, this post offers the chance to develop relationships with the University Health Sciences School and the emerging North Wales Medical School.
The post is based at Glan Clwyd Hospital near Rhyl, with outreach services involving Wrexham and Bangor ENT departments.
