You’ll work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a purpose-built elective hospital, delivering intermediate and major ENT procedures to both NHS and private patients.

About the Role:

Deliver safe, effective ENT surgery across a range of procedures including:

• Intermediate Nose: Septoplasty, polypectomy
• Minor Ear: Excision of lesion

You will participate in outpatient consultations, perform surgical procedures, and contribute to clinical audits, governance meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is typically theatre-based 3 days per week, with additional time spent in pre- and post-operative care and MDT collaboration.
