Job summary

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant Geriatrician to help redesign care for older people across Cornwall. You will lead service transformation, shape frailty, Parkinson's disease, stroke and community eldercare pathways, and work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team to develop new pathways and drive innovation across acute, community and integrated care settings.

Main duties of the job Be Part of a Service Redesigning Care for Older People Our vision goes beyond hospital walls. From our award-winning frailty model and dedicated Frailty Take service, through to community rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease services, stroke care and integrated multidisciplinary working, we are creating seamless pathways that deliver the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
