About the team

Our Data & AI team comprises over 500 specialists across Australia, passionate about combining business acumen with technological expertise to create data-centric solutions that solve complex problems and reinvent our clients' businesses.

We work with public and private sector clients to design and implement leading solutions and capabilities, from setting Data & AI strategies to building platforms and accelerating GenAI model deployment. Our partnerships with vendors like Amazon, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, and Salesforce keep us at the forefront of emerging capabilities.

About the role

We are seeking Consultants with:

• 1-3 years’ experience in Data and/or ML Engineering, with hands-on experience in Python or SQL; experience with dbt is highly regarded.
• Advanced SQL and database skills.
• Strong understanding of Data fundamentals, including experience with databases, data warehouses, data lakes, or similar storage solutions.
• Experience with Data modeling is a plus.
• Hands-on development experience on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible and dynamic environment.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
