Your Role

As a Data Management Consultant, you will guide organizations in effectively managing and leveraging their data assets to achieve strategic business outcomes. Your expertise in data quality, security, governance, and metadata management will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex data landscapes. The role requires a good understanding of the evolving data landscape, proficiency in data management best practices, and an interest in AI applications. Specifically, you will:

  1. Provide guidance and advisory services on data governance frameworks, data ethics policies, metadata strategies, and MDM solutions.
  2. Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning and analytics, to improve data quality, automate governance, and optimize processes.
  3. Shape and execute data management engagements, offering strategic and implementation consultancy in areas such as Data Governance, Data Ethics, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Quality, and Standards.
  4. Assess clients' data maturity using frameworks like DCAM and DAMA, applying qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  5. Build trusted client relationships to address challenges in data management, analytics, and AI delivery.
  6. Advise on maximizing data-driven insights for business decision-making, including best practices and emerging trends.
  7. Support large-scale data transformation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders and foster innovation in data and AI concepts.
  9. Help establish robust data capabilities within clients, including organizational design, processes, skills, and roles.
  10. Contribute to practice development by identifying market opportunities, creating innovative offerings, and thought leadership content.
Your Profile
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in data management using modern technologies and methodologies.
  • Proven capacity to create tangible value through effective data utilization, process optimization, and strategic insights.
  • Leadership potential with relevant experience and success in industry or professional services.
  • Proficiency in data management disciplines, including quality, security, governance, and metadata.
  • Knowledge of data management tools and frameworks like Informatica, Collibra, DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, and DCAM.
  • Strategic thinking skills to guide senior leaders and align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate complex relationships.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest in data strategies and technologies.
  • Experience delivering solutions in agile environments, including planning and implementation with data, analytics, or AI at the core.
