Your role
As a Consultant in the Infosys Cyber security Consulting & Advisory (C&A) Team, you will be involved in various phases of the Cyber security consulting lifecycle. You will be a highly skilled Cybersecurity practitioner in primary skills associated with GRC, as well as secondary skills in Technical areas such as IDAM, Engineering, Network, and IOT/OT security. The successful candidate will support clients' security roadmap, business G&OS, and compliance requirements through Assessments, Design reviews, and Upgrades.

Required:

• Industry experience working in enterprise cyber security domain
• Security Practitioner, with experience in operational/tactical as well as strategy & program cyber security.
• Understanding of Security Solutions: MS Sentinel/Defender/Entra, Zscaler ZPA ZTMA, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping.
• Exposure to Threat Methodology and Incident Response.
• Security Assessments & Compliance experience with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, and NIS2 frameworks.
• Vulnerability & Risk Management strategies tailored for ICS/SCADA and IoT environments.
• Vendor & Third-Party Security Management.
• Training & Awareness program development.
• Stay informed about new cybersecurity threats and technologies.
• A broad outlook through exposure to diverse cultures and emerging tools.
• Experience in similar roles in consulting teams or organizations.
• Relevant industry certifications in cyber security.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, authentication systems, and content filtering.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience in security monitoring, incident response, and risk mitigation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project planning and risk assessment for OT security projects.
