Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks a compassionate Consultant Community Paediatrician for Hereford to lead specialist care for children with developmental and neurodisability needs. You will work with families, education services, and social care to deliver clinics, MDT assessments, and care planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years at consultant or senior specialist level in Community Paediatrics or related paediatric specialty.
• Medical degree with completed specialist training in Paediatrics.
• GMC registration (preferred) — candidates eligible for or in the process of GMC registration will also be considered.
• Strong experience in neurodevelopmental paediatrics, safeguarding, and community child health.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, continuous professional development, and family-centred care.
• Willing to relocate in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly motivated Consultant Community Paediatrician to join a multidisciplinary child health service in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will provide specialist care to children and young people with developmental, neurodisability, safeguarding, and complex health needs, working closely with families, education services, and social care partners.
