This post is for a Consultant Radiologist with a specialist interest in Head and Neck and Neuroradiology Imaging at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The position is based at St Albans City Hospital, with a requirement to work at Watford General Hospital in the Acute Admissions Unit. The role involves a commitment to the AAU radiology rota, including a dedicated 5-hour weekly session and occasional filler sessions. On-call duties include a 1 in 18 weekend rota, with on-site presence during weekends and bank holidays from 08:30 to 15:30.

Responsibilities

• 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible job plan options
• On-call backup overnight and weekends, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• H&N and Neuroradiology MDTs
• Ultrasound H&N with intervention
• AAU session with on-call duties
• Specialist and general reporting
• SPA 1.5 PAs (first-year consultants 2 SPA)
