Join the Older Persons Therapy Team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. Our team, based at Bristol Royal Infirmary, offers a supportive environment where you will work within an integrated therapy team to provide specialist services across frailty and elderly care pathways. Your role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments in various clinical settings, including the Emergency Department and Care of the Elderly Wards. You will be instrumental in promoting positive risk-taking to prevent hospital admissions and facilitate early discharges.
