Pulse is actively seeking a highly skilled Consultant Clinical Oncologist with expertise in Lung and Gastrointestinal (GI) cancers to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality cancer care, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our oncology services.

This is a full-time position (12-month FTC), and the successful candidate will be crucial in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert clinical care to patients diagnosed with Lung and GI cancers.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to formulate treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Engage in clinical research and participate in relevant trials.
  • Provide supervision and training to junior medical staff and contribute to healthcare professional education.
Requirements:
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • CCT in Clinical Oncology or within 6 months of obtaining it at application.
  • Specialist registration in Clinical Oncology.
  • Extensive experience in managing Lung and GI cancers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
