Job Description:
Join this growing specialist DC division!
In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing expert advice across a wide spectrum of DC schemes, with a particular focus on governance. While experience in investment and technical pension knowledge is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this position.
Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Participate in new business pitches for DC consultancy work to contribute to the growth of the division.
- Project Leadership: Lead and support various projects, including master trust/GPP reviews, advising on pension arrangement buy-out and wind-up, and overseeing AVC reviews.
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing governance support through regular meetings to enhance member outcomes.
- Investment Advice: Collaborate with investment colleagues to provide tailored investment advice to clients, including strategy modelling, investment structure identification, and manager/DC provider selection exercises.
- Advisory Drafting: Prepare advice documents to a high standard for client sign-off.
- DC Research: Stay updated on master trust/GPP providers and their evolving propositions to support research outputs that inform client advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a team environment, providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in the UK DC pension scheme advisory sector within a consultancy environment.
Ideally PMI qualified with several years of post-qualification experience or equivalent qualifications such as FIA, FFA, or CFA.
Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
Benefits:
Aside from joining a multi-award-winning, collaborative, and people-first organisation, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote your overall well-being, including:

- Generous annual leave and flexible holiday options
- Private medical insurance and discounted gym memberships
- Cycle to work scheme and digital GP services
- Access to internal networks promoting well-being
