Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with deep expertise in cement manufacturing to support our project-based initiatives. This role involves preparing high-quality technical documentation to support UK funding applications, industrial innovation grants, and regulatory reporting related to sustainable cement production, process optimization, and environmental compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cement manufacturing processes (including clinker production, kiln optimization, and alternative fuels), emissions control, and low-carbon technologies. The role requires the ability to translate complex engineering and regulatory data into clear, compelling documentation aligned with industrial decarbonization goals and public funding frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
·Demonstrated expertise in calcined clay cement, including involvement in commissioning new cement plants, cement manufacturing, process engineering, and industrial decarbonisation projects.
·Familiarity with, or hands-on experience in, Lepol grate kiln technology used in cement production.
