Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Life Sciences consultant to support strategic client questioning, data analysis, and synthesis of evidence in biopharmaceutical settings.

In this role you will interact with clients, contribute to proposals, manage workstreams, and help deliver insights on cell therapy and therapeutic landscapes. Candidates should have a BA/BS and an advanced life science degree, with CI experience preferred.

Job description

• Support the design and execution of projects addressing clients’ strategic business questions
• Ensure analyses, deliverables and insights meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction
• Contribute to account planning by identifying opportunities to add value through project delivery
• Maintain strong working relationships with client contacts
• Contribute to proposal development, background research and scoping discussions
• Manage discrete workstreams and day-to-day project activities
• Conduct research, evidence collection, data analysis and synthesis of insights
• Interact directly with clients
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
• Participate in client meetings and support communication of findings
• Collaborate with project leadership to deliver best-in-class client service
• Leverage therapeutic, clinical and commercial subject matter expertise
• Share emerging insights with the team and support Analysts
• Attend relevant conferences to gather insights and engage with experts
• Capture and synthesise learnings from presentations, posters and booths
• Support junior team members and provide guidance on analytical approaches
• Help maintain a high standard of structured, impactful insights

Requirements

• Relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare strategy or related client-services environment
• CI experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in cell therapy is required
• Strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape and key industry dynamics and trends
• Expertise in autoimmune/AID is preferred
• Strong results orientation
• Consistently producing high-quality deliverables and contributing effectively to project outcomes
• Successfully managing client relationships through clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment
• Solid foundational knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, especially clinical development
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues
• Strong learning agility to adapt to rapid change and new situations
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• BA/BS required
• An advanced life science degree is preferred
• Solid understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical landscape and key market trends
