This is a unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, high-investment environment—part of a multi-million-pound redevelopment, including a new eating disorder unit, new on-site school, and the region’s first inpatient Admission and Triage Unit (ATU).

Why Join Us?

  • £190,000 full-time salary, with an additional £10,000 for those taking on the Medical Director role
  • *Generous relocation package to support your move*
  • Join a well-supported team including 3.6 WTE consultants, 4 specialty doctors, and a full MDT
  • Strong focus on Positive Behavioural Support and Trauma-Informed Care
  • Opportunities for leadership development, research, and CPD

A strategic leadership opportunity is available for applicants interested in also taking on the Medical Director role, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team to support the whole hospital service. An additional £10,000 per annum is available for this responsibility.
