Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust seeks a substantive Consultant in anaesthesia to join a busy acute trauma teaching unit at Salford Royal Hospital. You will work with a team of anaesthetists and intensivists, delivering high-quality anaesthetic services and contributing to major trauma care in Greater Manchester.

The post requires completion of CCT/higher training or equivalent, FRCA or equivalent, and current Advanced Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be on the specialist register for anaesthesia or have a reasonable expectation of achieving this within six months.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver obstetric anaesthesia.
• FRCA or equivalent qualification is essential.
