The position reflects the evolving needs of the service, with an updated job plan that includes considerations for staff wellbeing and a focus on comprehensive patient care. • Organise and participate in teaching sessions for undergraduate students and post-graduate medical staff and other health professionals.
  • Participate fully in Clinical Governance, including reporting of incident, investigation of serious incidents, and the effective handling of any complaints.
  • Participate in the Clinical Audit programme of the department.
  • Comply with the Trust's Clinical Governance processes as stipulated by the Divisional and Medical Directors.
Clinical Management & Teaching:
  • Participate in the provision of a safe, effective and efficient Anaesthetic service, and with the proper functioning of the Anaesthetic Department.
