Job description

We are now looking for a contractor to oversee our customer operations in the UK. As our Account Manager, you will ensure operational excellence, drive efficiency and support the company's strategic objectives.

What can you expect?
You will be a key driver of delivering the strategy for customer growth, account management & customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) success. You will work to enhance customer experiences and strengthen client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver and lead mobilisations
  • Responsibility for internal and external data-led KPI reporting
  • Responsibility for customer KPI success through strategic activity delivered in partnership with the Director of UK
  • Execute account plans and strategy for all accounts

This role is based at our office in Hammersmith, London with a hybrid working arrangement. We expect to see you at the office twice a week, as we believe that we achieve greater things together.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years project management experience in healthcare

Required Skills/Interests

  • Excellent and proven organisational skills
  • Presentation and customer management skills
  • Ability to execute proactively and lead projects from conception to completion
  • Good understanding of the UK healthcare market
  • Ability to define goals, prioritise your work and motivate yourself and others to achieve common goals
  • Fluency in English in speech and writing

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in HealthTech
  • Experience working with SaaS
