We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant, HR & Leadership Development to join our team. This all-rounded individual will be instrumental in designing and delivering high-impact programs, providing expert consulting advice, and driving business development in the critical areas of Human Resources and Leadership Development to a diverse range of organisations from Non-Profit Organisations, SMEs and Large Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences, leveraging adult learning principles and best practices.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, data analysis, and participant outcomes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and innovations in HR and Leadership Development to ensure program relevance and impact.
Consulting Advice & Thought Leadership
- Conduct needs assessments, diagnostic reviews, and qualitative/quantitative analysis to identify client challenges and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR professionals.
Business Development & Member Engagement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective organizations, understanding their needs and positioning relevant solutions.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new consulting engagements and program enrollments.
- Collaborate with the membership and marketing teams to promote HR and Leadership Development offerings and showcase success stories.
- Represent the association at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to raise awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, ICF Certifications) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and Leadership Development, with a significant portion in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs and workshops.
- Deep expertise across various HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices, with experience in leadership coaching and development.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to understand organizational challenges and translate them into HR/Leadership solutions.
- Excellent consulting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with training / learning management systems (TMS / LMS) is a plus.
