Please note that this is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of £295 for all referral work through us. Larger projects may offer a higher day rate.

Brief responsibilities of the role include:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages all client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant for client projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for ongoing instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals among our consultants.
• Receive a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of £295 per referral, with potential for higher rates on larger projects.

To be considered, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• The ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Good grammar and a professional telephone manner.
