Wildscapes CIC seeks an Operations Lead to oversee its consultancy services. The role involves managing business plans and achieving financial targets while ensuring that ecological and land management solutions align with organizational strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience leading social enterprises and a passion for nature conservation.

To lead the Wildscapes Consultancy as a successful social enterprise delivering ecological, land management, and nature-based solutions for businesses, people, and wildlife, supporting Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust’s (SRWT) strategy.
Work with the SRWT CEO and Wildscapes Board/Sub-Committee to grow the social enterprise, developing and delivering business plans and financial targets.
This post will be fully responsible for all Wildscapes’ operations, including HR, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Environmental best practices, in accordance with the Trust’s policies and procedures.
