You will drive growth of work-based learning opportunities by engaging employers, developing partnerships and ensuring a steady pipeline of industry placements for learners. The post sits in the Apprenticeships department.

Responsibilities

• Reflect the college's vision, mission, aims and values.
• Support the college aims and objectives in daily work.
• Contribute to business planning, monitoring and review.
• Contribute to team development and training activities.
• Develop and grow employer accounts in line with plans and targets.
• Follow Quality Assurance and Risk Management systems.
• Identify, engage and develop new employer partnerships in construction.
