Job Title: Construction Vertical Program Manager

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon.-Fri.

Pay Range: $85,000-$90,000/yr.

As a Construction Vertical Program Manager at Wurth Industry, you will oversee the development and management of construction-related programs that incorporate safety products and MRO Solutions. This role emphasizes strategic planning, project management, and a deep understanding of MRO product applications, combined with data analytics to optimize program outcomes.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in project management, data analytics, and MRO product knowledge to drive successful safety-focused construction programs, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance value to customers and market conditions to maximize revenue.
  2. Sales Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams to enhance conversion rates, and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  3. Collaboration: Partner with sales, category management, sales enablement, and marketing to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
  4. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay abreast of trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  5. Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer data to tailor strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement, while supporting new product development.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to revenue targets.
  7. Data Analysis: Use customer data to inform strategic decisions and map customer journeys.
  8. Technology Utilization: Employ CRM systems and analytical platforms to enhance revenue processes.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements in revenue practices for sustained growth.
  10. Communication: Articulate revenue strategies, goals, and outcomes clearly to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in safety management, construction management, business administration, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience in program management within construction or distribution sectors, focusing on safety and MRO supplies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and project management tools.
  • Deep knowledge of MRO products and their applications in construction.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to multitask with shifting priorities.
  • Honest, assertive, and systematic approach.
