Job summary

A leading recruitment agency seeks a Construction Tutor / Trainer for remote delivery with occasional classroom teaching. Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training/teaching within Construction.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Construction, remotely and face-to-face.
• Embed Maths, English and ICT skills into delivery.
• Develop tailored training/workshops for individuals requiring more support.

Job Title:Construction Tutor / Trainer

Location:Remote delivery (with occasional face to face classroom delivery)

Salary:£30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus potential

Type:Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) or above/equivalent.

• Must hold a recognised qualification within the Construction sector.

• Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award, though this is not essential as our client can upskill.

• Must have experience in delivering training / teaching within Construction.

• Must be comfortable with (and ideally have) experience of online and group-based training delivery.

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• Deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications inConstruction,remotely, with some face-to-face classroom delivery as required.

• Embed Maths, English and ICT skills into your delivery.

• Develop tailored training / workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.

• Ensure sessions are motivating,engaging and develop learners’skills knowledge and behaviours

• Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely progression reviews are conducted, and constructive feedback is given.
