Job summary

CITB is seeking a Training Provider Relationship Manager to engage with training providers on behalf of the organisation. You will build and maintain positive relationships with providers delivering construction training and support their business development needs.

The role requires extensive travel across Great Britain to meet customers and collaborate with colleagues across the business. You will manage stakeholder expectations, provide clear communication, and advocate on behalf of providers

Qualifications

• Proven relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver business development outcomes.
• Demonstrable well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and manage workload against multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the construction training landscape is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for relationships with a caseload of providers.
• Grow the network through business development activities and provider sign-up/contracting.
• Conduct regular provider review meetings and assess performance.
• Maintain links with Employer Networks, NEST, Quality and Standards, and Products.
• Represent CITB at meetings and events with providers and stakeholders.
