Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking a Traffic Marshall for a development in Haywards Heath. You will work under the supervision of the Project Manager and Site Manager to control traffic, support deliveries, and ensure site safety measures are followed.

The role requires a valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Banksman qualification; previous site experience is preferred but not essential. This is a temporary, full-time position with no welfare duties attached.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required and valid.
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
• Able to manage site traffic and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Ensure contractors are parking as per the site safety policy.
• Control flow of traffic when deliveries enter the site.
• Secure barrier protection around the site and make sure the fencing is secure.
• Please note there is no welfare responsibilities involved in this role.
